How do I get the Psychic of my choice?
If you are paying via credit card, just ask the manager when you phone and she will advise you which psychics are currently available.
If you are using the Self Service Automated option, you will need to enter your preferred psychic’s 4 or 5 digit id code. Go to Our Psychics page to view the psychic’s id code, or call our customer care number from your country listed above (Automated Service Australia only).
E-mail Readings & Online Purchases
I ordered an email psychic reading, but I have not received it yet.
Our psychics reply to your email reading request as soon as they can, but it does vary from reader to reader. Sometimes delays can occur, but generally, you will receive your reading within 4-7 days. Please check your spam folder and if you still haven’t received your reading, email us.
