If you are not satisfied with your most recent psychic reading, we want to make it right. We are happy to either offer you a refund or provide you with the opportunity to try another reader at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to ensure that you are content with the service you receive.

Refund Request Window:
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing through our Contact Us page. To be eligible, your request must be made within three (3) days of your purchased reading.
Feedback:
In order to help us improve, we kindly ask that you provide a detailed explanation of why you were not satisfied with your reading. This feedback is valuable and we share it with our psychics to ensure we continue delivering the highest level of service. Thank you for your consideration in making our service even better.
Refund or Credit Limits:
A refund or credit can only be applied to your most recent reading and is capped at a maximum of 15 minutes. This allows us to balance the cost of providing you with the service and maintaining a fair policy for all clients.
Psychic Reading Refund Limitations:
- Refund Requests: Absolute Soul Secrets reserves the right to refuse any refund or credit request. We take these requests seriously and assess them on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund/ Credit Limit: A maximum of four refunds or credits are allowed per client. We encourage you to carefully select your psychic reader and make sure that the connection feels right before proceeding with a session. If you have any doubts on commencement of the call, please end the conversation and call the Book Manager who will arrange another reader for you.

While we take every care and consideration to ensure our readers provide insightful and helpful guidance, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of psychic readings. Psychic readings often reflect the energy of the moment, but this can be influenced by a variety of factors.
Free will plays a significant role in any individual’s path. Sometimes it can override the predictions or messages shared during the reading. Additionally, as many psychic readings provide long-term guidance, the unfolding of events may evolve over time. Therefore events may not always align with the immediate insight provided. However, sometimes the connections are plain in hindsight. The events happen but not in the way anticipated.
Furthermore, sometimes people can be in 'two minds' so their own energy is not in alignment causing internal conflict. This may reflect in the reading.
We always encourage clients to approach their readings with an open mind. Please understand that the future is shaped by free will. Psychic readings are best viewed as a tool for guidance, rather than fixed outcomes.
